Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us and we do our best to accept returns for as many items as possible. We offer a variety of items from multiple vendors and while items from one vendor may be returnable, other vendors may not accept returns, or some can be exchanged but will incur a restocking fee. Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about a specific item's return policy.
3D PRINTS:
We perform ALL 3D printing in-house on very high end equipment. While 3D printing is very precise, it is also complex. Prints can (and often) vary with minor imperfections. This is normal. Please contact us before purchasing any 3D prints if you have any questions.
ITEMS THAT ARE ALWAYS FINAL SALE:
The following brands and categories of items are NEVER returnable, exchangeable or refundable. Please contact us before purchasing a product if you would like to verify a product's return policy.

If you place an online order for a returnable or non-returnable item that is received damaged or defective, you must let us know within 7 days of delivery so we can get your item/order replaced. Photo documentation of the damage will be required and you must save any and all boxes and packaging from the damaged order(s) until we notify you to discard them. Replacements will be discussed on a case per case basis depending on inventory availability.
ITEMS THAT ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
Items eligible for return must be shipped back to the appropriate address (that we will provide to you) within 14 days of order delivery. Items returned 15 to 30 days after delivery will receive a store credit only. After 30 days of delivery items cannot be returned or exchanged and will not receive any refund. For local customers, some items may be returned directly to the store - please contact us first to verify if your online item/order is eligible.
All return or exchange items must be in the original condition or packaging, including all tags. Items must be unused, unwashed and unworn, and free from pet hair and odors such as cigarette smoke or animal scents or stains. Any items that appear used or deemed unfit for resale will be rejected, not refunded and sent back to the customer with additional shipping fees.
Original shipping costs are not refundable and all return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, even if we shipped the item to the customer for free. This includes and is not limited to any items that are delivered via freight. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment on any items sent via freight. Refunds for returned items, minus shipping costs, will be processed once the item(s) have been received back to our store or to the vendor, and are verified as unused and fit for resale. If you would like to return an item that was shipped free, then the refund will be processed for the amount of the item(s) minus standard shipping prices to cover our shipping costs. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to be reflected on your original form of payment.
